Thank you for your interest in establishing a relationship with Southern Fidelity Insurance (SFI) who has been a proven partner to agents since 2005. SFI currently serves Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina through our independent agents to meet the residential property insurance needs of customers by offering homeowners, dwelling fire, commercial, and flood programs.
Currently, SFI provides a variety of partnerships to agents including voluntary appointments, limited agreements for takeouts, as well as limited service agreements for participating agents in the Citizens Clearinghouse.
Voluntary
To request a full voluntary appointment, please complete the agency profile and application located at the below link. Please note that due to the large number of requests, incomplete applications will not be processed.
After completing the application you can submit it to our company either by clicking the "Submit Application" button at the end of the document,
printing and emailing the completed document to marketing@southernfidelityins.com, or faxing it to 850-521-3081 Attn: Marketing.
Your submission will be considered by our Marketing Department and you will receive an e-mail addressing the status of your appointment within 30 days.
